"Earth sized" worlds refers to worlds which have a similar mass to that of Earth, and which a human of normal height would be able to stand without either floating off into space or being crushed under the enormous gravity. This doesn't mean a human of normal height would necessarily be comfortable at either extreme, but at least the conditions would be tolerable.

There are countless billions of these worlds in the universe, so these are but a handful. If you want, you are free to create other worlds, but keep in mind the inhabitants of these worlds can be no smaller than 1ft and no larger than 100ft.
