Titanic Guardians

The Dinosaurs had all reached a level of power, size and intelligence that they took over the mythology that humans would have otherwise. Many human cities and civilizations thrived around the world under protection of these massive titans. And the praise and worship they received only made them all more determined to protect their tiny charges.

Being so huge, they could have a varying effect on any time period known to us. Though when they revealed themselves has some variation on that. When would you think these titans would have the biggest impact?
