You walk into the house and see your dad getting ready to head out to hit the gym.

John's dad had always kept in excellent shape, and standing 6’4 he was not a small man in any sense of the word. Coming from a very hardy stock of men were a thick breed of men.

John's dad always told him one day he too would reach that point once puberty was in full swing.But what if that day could come today?
