Mia crawls slowly over the side of the tree she called home. Another boring day in her boring life. It had been so much fun last week when that lady came through the forest, but she'd run away when Mia had said hello. Why did she do that? Mia really liked human girls, they look so soft and squidgy. Like her. All the round, curvy bits just made her want to Squeeee! She just wants to touch, to caress, to cuddle... and also to ask questions. There was so much she didn't know.
Mia sighed. She was 59 this morning... 59 days old (math confused her but she could count well), and still she'd met only three people, and one of those was a Naga. She didn't count. She was mean!
