As a reward for freeing him

At the end of Harry's second year he freed the House Elf Dobby as well as making friends with him. When Dobby asked if there was anything Dobby could do for him all Harry said was to not try to save his life again. Thinking that Harry needed a real reward Dobby basically used his magic to turn invisible to see if he could help Harry with anything. Before Harry made his way to the celebration feast he made a detour to the bathroom, unknowingly followed by the small sized elf. Checking to make sure no one was in any of the stall Harry used magic to lock the door. Harry than faced the mirror bending over the sink, putting his bubble butt on display for the elf, as he ran a hand through his messy hair.

Harry takes a deep breath as though psyching himself up for something before he turns around and drops his pants and underwear to the floor. Dobby stares transfixed as Harry began to rub and play with himself. Dobby thinks this would be a good time to make himself know for he had helped his former Masters with this a lot. Only one thing held him back, he was worried something was wrong with Harry for he was so small. Though his frame of reference was small as his Master's usually never let him see their cocks preferring to have him blindfolded for that particular job at the house, so technically Harry was the first human cock he had ever seen apart from when he changed young Master Draco's diapers.
