Reality shifted around your room changed into a tomboy looking room with slight feminine touches to it and you received memories of growing up as a girl although you definitely know you are Jim.
Although with the memories you received knowledge like knowing how to shave, putting on bra's and dealing with periods.
When your body changed you look a lot like your mum but you have your father's eyes and temper also the boxer shorts you wore for bed changed into a pair of knickers and a vest appeared on your upper body both dark purple.
Of course you are still asleep and won't know any of this till you wake up...
