All was still on the final battlefield of Yami and Amaterasu, deep in the Ark of Yatamo......however, despite the stillness, there was someone there. Looking over the wreckage of Yami’s shell with a look of remorse and scorn, was a tall man with long black hair, dressed in a fancy kimono and clogs and holding a divine-looking naginata. He floated in the air, and seemed to be there, but not there at the same time....
Izanagi, the Father of Nipon, stood over the metal grave of his firstborn- and sadly mishappen from birth- son, Hiruko, who many would certainly know as Yami for millions of years to come. The scorn upon his face was made of anger at what his son had done, and the remorse was made from his regrets that he had not attempted to stop his son long long ago. Hiruko’s early birth was an accident, but his turn to evil was a mistake created by Izanagi’s own lack of guidance, which had caused much suffering upon not only the mortals, but the Celestial Beings as well, with an army of demons and an mechanical shell of tech.
And in his final moments, his son had somehow cast the goddess of the sun, Amaterasu, out of this realm and far, far away, never to return. Thankfully, she had being carrying a ‘seed’, which she had left behind, but it had not yet developed a body, and would likely die....but Izanagi would ensure it would survive. There was a vessel buried under all the wreckage that it could enter and finish incubating until it was ready to come out. There would be a new sun god.....
With a hum and flick of his wrist, Izanagi nudged and steered the seed of the sun goddess towards and into his firstborn’s empty corpse. It nestled well within Hiruko’s body, meaning that it would develop and grow, and within a few years, it would eventually emerge as a child of Amaterasu, to take her place. This would be Hiruko’s redemption....no, it would be Izanagi’s. It would not make up for all he had done, but the fault was on Izanagi for not caring about Hiruko in the first place. He had allowed his son to fall to evil and cause much destruction, and not step in untill the very end. Perhaps, he could ensure his own mistakes were at least being patched up. Sure of the survival of the son of Amaterasu, Izanagi vanished, heading back to where he had been watching from.....
Just a Waka made his way back up form the depths of the Ark. His arrive was greeted with Sienese, which confused him a bit. He had expected Yami to be destroyed(Ammy would not lose that fish-like demon), but he couldn’t see Ammy anywhere around. Where could she have gone too?
“Perhaps, I should go find Amaterasu before it fire up the Ark of Yatamo, to see if she is alive....I hope she is.....please be alive, Ammy....” he chatted to himself, worried for his goddess friend.
