Jess poops her diaper

You hear an ungodly noise coming from her diaper followed by a horrible smell. She bends at the knees in a more comfortable position and starts messing her diaper. It was a lot of poop. You couldn't believe it. It starts to sag down to her knees before she stopped. She then looks at you and smiles before saying

You have the following choices:

1. Change me

2. In the diaper you go

3. Worship me and my messy diaper
