As Isabel walked she failed to notice that one of the side ties on her panties had come undone giving her intimates some fresh air. Her dress was long enough to hide the dangling strings, but this could be the start of a larger more humiliating trend that would only get worse as Isabel walked around the park instead of sat down for things like shows, boat rides, ferris wheels, and giant spinning tea cups. speaking of which...

The next attraction Isabel comes across is indeed one of those stereotypical giant spinning teacup rides not exactly a thrill ride but still a source of silly stupid dizzy childish fun.
