You decide to try to push your worry from your head and get on with the exercise. No point wasting time worrying when you can get right to it, right?
“Please make your way to the gymnasium,” The house's computer instructs. It takes you a little bit to find it, but you eventually find a room that looks like a small gym. The floor is padded and there are different sets of weights along the wall. There are extra mats in one corner and next to the mats is a large medicinal ball. It looks like there is everything you would need.
“I'm ready to start.” You say confidently. It's strange, you've always hated doing anything strenuous but for some reason you are really looking forward to this.
> BEGINNING WORKOUT CYCLE.
The computer begins to play some music and instructs you to stretch. Its kind of funny, the music is different to what you were listening to earlier but there is something about it that feels reminiscent to the previous songs. You are brought out of your thoughts as the computer puts you through your warm ups.
Once you finish your warm ups, it becomes time for the workout. You begin by doing a few reps of standing side jumps, getting into a quarter squat and jumping as high as you can laterally onto a provided mat.
After that are Pike ups, where you use your core to pull the ball toward your face as you raise your butt high to form a pike. As you do this, you get a good look of your hairless legs and you can help but feel like they look a little too soft. Maybe its because of the lack of hair, you guess.
You work up a good sweat doing the numerous exercises, while the computer pushes you to work harder. The computer makes sure you are keeping proper form and every time you move improperly, you are corrected. One strange thing, though, is the computer also makes you keep a smile on your face. You guess that it must be some kind of mind over matter thing because you find yourself really having fun!
Finally, you end the workout with a treadmill walk. You walk for a good 15 minutes, all while the computer advises on proper posture. Chest out, head high and straight, and a strange rolling of your hips. The way you are told to walk is a bit odd at first but soon enough you get used to it.
After you finish the walk the computer announces the ending of the workout cycle. Even though you just had the most intense workout of your life you don't really feel tired. In fact, you feel down right perky.
