Makayla & the Evil Witch

Makayla is a lovely mixed-race girl of 12. She lives with her white natural mother, Noreen, and her white stepfather, Graham, (and Graham’s daughter from a previous marriage every other weekend) in a large house on an old suburban street.

She loves her mother, but has never grown close to Graham, whom she distrusts, though he’s rarely done anything outright suspicious around her (until lately, maybe?). Makalya never got to really know her real father, who left her mother when she was a toddler. This may have led to some issues of mistrust towards men for our cocoa-skinned beauty.
