I wish Patricia would lose some weight.

Simon glanced at Patricia chatting with Kim, half-smiling. She was cute but... He always wondered what she would look like if she was She didn't make that much effort to lose weight... Well, she didn't care, actually. But he also knew wishes could have unintended consequences. If she lost weight right now she would maybe notice it... And notice something was wrong! So thinking he was smart, Simon wrote:

"I wish Patricia had started a diet a while ago to lose some weight!"

And he quietly peeked at the girls to see if anything changed...

"And I'm telling you, he started to dance around like it was going to seduce me!" Told Kim to Patricia, telling her an anecdote that happened while she was bar-tending.
"Seriously... Dudes be crazy some... Urrp... Time." Answered Patricia, trying to repress a burp.
"You alright Trish?"
"Yeah, I... Hmph... Had a crazy meal at lunch. I ate two whole pizzas!"

*gluuuuurg*

As reality shifted, the food appears in her stomach, and it expanded forward! She used to have a dress, but she couldn't fit in it for a while, so her clothes changed to sweat pants and a large shirt that barely covered her belly. In fact, it didn't cover it at all!

"Really Trish... You have a really bad eating habit. You should control yourself!"
"And you should... Urp. Let me be! I follow a diet you know!"
"Diets are supposed to make you lose weight!"
"You need to g... Urgh... Gain weight to lose some!" Said Patricia, her voice sounding deeper as she got fatter.
"That doesn't make any sense!"

Her belly was now this huge bulging thing that went over her waist and sweat pants, her belly button protruding forward. Still, it was incredibly round, like she swallowed a whole watermelon... Or rather two! Her thighs were also huge, she was stretching her sweatpants to their limit.

*crrrrk*

The couch could barely hold all this weight. Kim was worried it could break, but didn't want to hurt her friend's feelings. After all, she didn't look worried about her health at all.

"The important thing... Is what makes me happy!" Exclaimed Patricia, while slapping her huge round fat belly, making her flesh jiggle and ripple all over.

Simon raised an eyebrow... Looked back at the tome where he wrote his wish and saw:

"I wish Patricia started a diet a while ago to gain even more weight!"
