Not missing a beat, he drew his eleventh bowl towards him and started slurping up the noodles ravenously. As the noodles and broth poured down his throat, his stomach slowly grew, and his black shirt rose up a little further, exposing the bottom half of his navel.
Once the noodles were gone, Naruto picked up the bowl and downed what broth was left. Sighing, he looked up, and was delighted to see Teuchi had already prepared his next two bowls in anticipation. Grinning, he drew his twelfth bowl towards himself and started going to town on it. Again, as the ramen and broth went down his gullet, his stomach swelled a bit more, bringing his shirt up higher; about three-quarters of his navel was exposed.
As Naruto downed the broth, he noticed his pants were starting to feel a little tighter. He frowned, and almost reached down to undo them, but decided against it; he was in the zone, and he didn't want to lose his focus. With that, he seized his thirteenth bowl and began devouring it. Again, his stomach bulged, and again, his shirt rose up, up, up...
By the time Naruto downed the broth of his thirteenth bowl and gave a satisfied burp, his shirt had ridden completely above his navel, showing it in its entirety. His pants now felt even more snug, but Naruto only grinned; just went to show how good he was doing.
Sighing happily, he turned around in his seat and leaned against the counter on one arm, happily patting his engorged belly with the other one. "Phew, I'm really eating a lot today..." He burped again, and giggled a bit. "'Course, I'm gonna eat even more once I rest up a little bit!"
Hearing this, Teuchi and Ayame shared a resigned glance. Naruto, it seemed, was far from finished, but that was nothing new...
Unable to help himself, Naruto dipped a finger into his exposed navel, giggling at the ticklish sensations produced as he wriggled it. Oh yeah, this was gonna be fun...
