The woman at the groceries

You hit against an enormous column, then you noticed that's the hell of an enormous black pump. There's an enormous arch before it, you pass underneath the high heel shoe. And then the other. That's when you see towering above you, a skyscrapper sized pretty woman, on her thirties, with a dark hair, all tied and wrapped around under her head. There's an enormous package right by her side rested on the floor.
She's at the balcony, paying for the groceries.
Then she looks down and spot you on the floor.

1. You know her.

2. She's a stranger.
