Albert fixed his pants walking back to camp with shaky legs. He couldn’t believe he pleasured himself just outside of camp. The release left his mind befuddled not wondering where the urges that drove his previous actions came from. Passing Fina giving a slight nod while shuffling to his tent falling into a deep sleep. Only the first rays of the sun woke him. It took a minute to steady himself his legs wobbly. He unsteadily dressed himself making his way to Fina and Garrett sitting beside the fire tending a stew. Fina smiled beckoning saying, “Come join us at the so you can try some stew that Garrett helped me make.”
Albert replied, “Yeah sorry if I overslept. Exhaustion hit me like I haven’t felt and I passed out. I hope the morning is treating you both well. Thank you for breakfast.” He smiled sitting next to Fina taking the bowl she handed him beginning to eat.
Fina returning his smile said, “Your welcome. Take your time we all have have days that exhaust us.” Her smile continued thinking about how she brought about this transformation of politeness in him. Soon she would enact another spell to get what she wanted from Garrett. She planned to take their relationship to the physical level. A few of the spells she translated so far would aid her in that quest. That would wait until the danger passed. She must keep her senses about her for whatever dark forces they would face. Still some of the spells might be helpful in the fight to come.
The trio packed up and traveled further into the swamps looking for any signs of intelligent habitation. Garrett took the lead saying, “ I think I got something going this way. They followed the faint trail.
