You pick out one person to follow

Still floating as an unseen ball of light, you think it might be more fun to follow around one person instead of causing some mischief on a large scale involving all the people you see. There's just something far more intimate about the idea that appeals to you. You can mess around with them, and maybe even reveal yourself, roping one of these people into being an unwilling 'accomplice' to your shenanigans. Besides, you are still getting used to your reality manipulation powers and you don't want to cause irreparable damage to the fabric of reality or something like that.

Let's see here, you think as you float down to street level to get a better look at everyone.

There are many people around, but a few in particular catch your attention. There's an attractive blonde woman in her late 20s or early 30s dressed in a stylish skirt and blouse combo and a pair of black high heeled boots, a college aged guy dressed in jeans and a t-shirt with long shaggy hair that looks like he's in a rock band, and a punky looking girl in her late teens or early 20s with dyed green hair wearing skinny jeans and a grungy looking top.

There are other interesting people around, of course, but these three are the first to jump out at you as potential 'victims.' You give it a bit of thought, mentally weighing your options to determine who will be the most interesting person to follow and the most fun to mess with. Eventually, you make up your mind and decide to follow ___.

This will be fun, you think as you begin floating toward your selection.
