Rising from the fire, you cross the village. Clambering over the low stone wall that pens in the animals, you slog across the soft mud, heading towards the herd of cattle huddled beneath a large oak. A number of emaciated-looking bulls lie on the ground, their breathing laboured. Their skin is an unhealthy palor, mottled with sickness.
A cow stands among them. It positively glows with good health. Though it looks thin, its udders are so heavily swollen it can barely move its back legs.
Its eyes observe you with interest. Crouching beside the udder, you grab hold of the teats, pumping squirts of milk from them. As a puddle of milk pools in the dirt, the dairy cow gives a deep, pleasurable lowing. The noise seems to stir the bulls, even in their diseased state - they struggle and fail to lift themselves on trembling legs, sporting massive erections as they try to get near the female.
The cow's moos become louder and less bovine as you continue to pump and tease the teats. Leaning closer and lifting the udder to your lips, you run your tongue along its length.
"Mmmmooo, suck my teats, you filthy wizard slut!" the cow bellows suddenly, before stamping its hoof in annoyance. "Damnit. That kinda just slipped out."
A shapeshifting sex demon, as you suspected. This is what had terrified the animals and most likely driven off the other cows. No wonder the villagers had been acting oddly - they had been drinking its milk, consuming its tainting essence, both sexes driven into mating frenzy. Jesse, on the cusp of puberty, would have been more susceptible than the others. Not to mention a growing boy needed to drink his milk. Poor kid. A few more days drinking that stuff and he might have become a succubus himself.
You draw your sword, raising it above the cow's thick neck.
"Please, wizard, have mercy! I am no threat to you! I never meant to hurt the humans, but I had to feed. I can be of use to you. I can be yours. Bind me to your will and I will serve you faithfully."
