What further mental effects could the card have on Rika and Renamon?

Option 1: Their memories are completely changed, so despite still looking like themselves, they both think that Rika is Renamon and Renamon is Rika.

Option 2: Their memories are altered, so despite Rika being human and Renamon a Digimon, they think that Renamon is the Tamer and Rika is the one who fights Digimon.
