Calling From Her Belly

You figure that the best way to get out of the belly of this hippopotamus giantess is to get the attention of the owner of this big belly. As the hippo woman is still rinsing herself off in the shower, you swim in her stomach juices to try and reach the other side of her belly. The hippo even swallows some of the water, causing it to rain as you're swimming. It was kinda morbid to be swimming in a hippo's stomach, but you have to focus.
As you're swimming, the hippo woman walks out of the shower and shakes her enormous hips. This in turn creates waves of gastric acid that splash over you and make you scream as you try to avoid the green waves. Outside the hippo woman hears screams and looks in confusion. "That's odds," she says. "I can hear a tiny voice screaming. And I hearing things. Must've been something I ate."
You surface out of the stomach juice and even spit some out before you gasp in realization. She can hear you. You realize that you're on the right track with your plan and swim more rapidly until you reach the other side of the stomach and begin to pound on the stomach wall. The hippo woman grunts and then holds her stomach. "What the?" she asks. "Excuse me!" you yell. "Help!" "Oh my gosh!" yells the hippo. "Where are you?!" "In your belly!" "Huh?" "You see Ms. Hippo, I'm a human. I somehow got transported into your world and you accidentally swallowed me when you were swimming."
The hippo woman in shock sits down on two chairs at a patio table. The thought that there was a little man inside her was obviously an unpleasant surprise to her. "Please ma'am," you say. "Could you let me out?"
