Drew tucked you in his shirt pocket, patting your head with a finger. The pocket was deeper than you were tall, but with a bit of effort you could pull yourself up to look around. You could also faintly hear Drew's heartbeat just standing in the pocket. Your vision got a bit darker when Drew slipped on a thin jacket, mostly falling over your hiding spot. That would help hide you from view at least.
When Drew got up, you actually found his movements rather soothing. It was kind of like a merry go round, up and down while you sat on a horse. You heard shuffling and the sound of the freezer opening. A couple minutes later, Drew gave you part of his Eggo waffle. It was a bit bland without any syrup, but beggars can't be choosers.
Your breakfast was interrupted by the boom of footsteps. Who was coming into the kitchen?
