"We're building you a home by the docks!" The mayor answered.
Asuka was stunned. "You're building me a home?"
"That's right" The mayor smiled. "After all you've done for the Kayuko City we felt as if we had to do something for you! So all of us banded together and got this little project under weigh. We call it... Kaiju manor!"
Again Asuka was surprised. Everyone banded together to do this for her? They loved her that much? It honestly made her want to cry. She actually did a little but quickly wiped the tears away.
Everyone else seemed to notice this as well. "Are you alright?" the mayor frowned.
"I-I'm fine." Asuka answered. "It's just that I'm so happy!"
Everyone now understood, their resident kaiju wasn't crying because she was sad or upset, she was crying because she was moved by their generosity towards her.
The mayor again smiled. "And we're happy to have you. Do you want to know what kaiji manor will look like now, or do you want to be surprised?"
"I love surprises, but I think I'd rather know now."
"She wants to know now!" the mayor said to the roaring crowed. "Alright then. Kaiju manor will be the largest structure in the city for obvious reasons and will have more than 6 rooms, more than 3 bathrooms, an entertainment area, and a large golden gate with your name on it, just to name a few things."
"That sounds wonderful!" Asuka cheered. "How long until it's finished?"
