Who knows what people would do if they found out you shrunk someone? You'd better just take her home, and see if you can change her back to normal there. You go back and pick up her clothes and hide them where no one would notice them. But you obviously can't just carry her in your hands, someone would notice! The whole point is to keep her hidden remember? Where should you hide her?
