Wendy normally wears a loose fitting or bare-back dresses and sandals. To tickle her, you need to set a trap. She''s in a guild called Fairy Tail and you send a request to that guild to specifically fit for Wendy. As she travels alone due to wanted to gain more experience, you set several obstacles in her path that you know she will pass through. The time when Wendy reaches your castle, she was worn down and her magic was low. A perfect time to take action. A 12 year old, little girl with long blue hair, who wears a blue and yellow stripe dress with no sleeves and bare-back. The dress stops right above her chest and the dress ends a few inches above her knee.She also wears a pair of blue sandals with white wing design on it. She also has a blue fairy tail tattoo on her left shoulder.
"Are you Wendy?" you asked
"Yes." replied Wendy
"Are you up for my challenge? It's nothing painful but tiring and breathtaking." you said in a careful choice of words
"I will do my best." said Wendy
"You already seem tired, why don't you stay and rest for awhile and we're talk about the challenge later. There's a bath upstairs for you to use."
"Thank you. I will take a bath if you don't mind." said Wendy as she went upstairs to bathe
As a wizard, you are a forbidden magic user who can manipulate time which includes: time freeze (17 seconds) and a time barrier(which may have a long time within a barrier while only a few seconds have passed outside the barrier.) You walked to the front of the bathroom where hot stream is leaking through the door. Naturally, if you enter, she will scream. Therefore, you need to devise a strategy. The tickle chamber is in the basement of this castle, in a sound proof room where you may set a barrier around. If you were to freeze time, the time limit of 17 seconds may not be enough. You slightly opened the door and used a powerful sleep magic to force Wendy into a deep slumber. Fully opening the door, you entered in and see Wendy in a pool sized bath. Her clothes are neatly folded in a basket and you took them with you. Walking over to Wendy, you lifted her out of the bathtub and carried her to the basement of the castle. Having her lay down flat on a bed with her head against a white soft pillow, you placed her clothes down and started a fire at the fireplace. You used her bra to blindfold her and tied her arms and legs the the four corners of the bed pole with thick ropes then released the sleeping magic. As she slowly wakes up, she finds her body in a 'X' position and tied.
"Huh? I can't move. Is there anyone there?" said Wendy
You walked up to her and removed the blindfold. Wendy then saw herself naked in bed in a unknown room. She blushed and screamed, "What's going on? Untie me!"
"Your giving up the challenge already?" you asked
"I don't want to do this challenge if it means I am naked." Wendy whined
You grabbed her clothes and tossed it into the fire for it to burn, "If being nude is embarrassing for you then what will you do even if I did release you? If you leave, you will still be without clothes. If you walk all the way to your guild like that, all the people will see you. I suppose it doesn't matter since you will be here for a very long time."
The very thought made Wendy worried and blush even more red. You created a time barrier around the entire room, "The time barrier I set will make what's within last a hour while only a second would pass on the outside. So don't worry if your friends come and see you like this. You challenge is endurance. Endure as long as you can, but not from pain, but from death. It's possible, if you stop breathing from laughter."
"What do you mean laughter?" Wendy regretfully asked
"I guess I can tell you. Tickling."
"No! I don't want to do this challenge!"
"It's not whether you want, but if I want. Your the one who accepted my request in the first place. One hour here is one second outside. 3600 seconds is one hour. One minute outside is already 60 hours passed by in here. I also have a nano sized camera set in here so make sure you look cute on the camera. I can talk for a long time but I rather get started. For the first hour, I will give you a warm up to get a taste of what you will be in for the next hundred of hours." Using materialization magic, you materialize ten feathers which tickled her soles, armpit, belly, bellybutton, nipples, and the last one tickles her between her legs.Unable to hold in her laughter at all, Wendy released a very cute and adorable laugh, "Hehahahahahahahahahaha, Stop, hahahahahhahahaha,make,hahaa,it, hahaha, stop, hahahahaha." begged Wendy
"I will. Once an hour have passed." You materialize a digital clock on the ceiling for her to see, countdown of 00:59:42.
After an hour of torment have passed, Wendy is heavily breathing, barely conscious and is sweating a little. To help her cool off, you put out the fire with showed no remains of her clothes, "You did well surviving the warm up, but I didn't intend to literally warm you up till the point your sweating."
