When lilith reappeared your genitals, hips and bottom remain unchanged and female.

She can't explain why they haven't changed back when she exited your body...

The reason they didn't change was as a safeguard to protect you as Lilith can only hurt males and not females and you volunteered to save her so other forces decided to protect you.

But nether of you know this... And no one will notice anything wrong.

Although now you have more female hormones in your body then male and they will start to change you...
