A Significant Decrease

You wake up the next morning with a piercing headache that quickly recedes. You open your eyes and blink, wondering why everything seems brighter.

You blink again.

This doesn't seem right.

You look around at what appears to be grassland filled with lush, green vegetation that you've never seen. You look up and your brain bluescreens. That looks like a house, but it's bigger than anything you've ever seen.

At this point you're panicking in the same way one panics when one jumps into a pool wrong and suddenly can't breathe. While you're devoting all of your attention on your crumbling worldview, several small earthquakes occur, which you later realize were footsteps.
