Option 1: Christina has a love of fast food and she over indulges in it during a tour.

Option 2: Christina loves to drink and she ends up gaining weight after befriending a bartender at a club.

Option 3: Christina is fattened by her rival Kelly Osbourne. Christina once called Kelly a fat bitch. When Kelly sees that Christina is starting to gain weight, Kelly makes sure that Christina continues to gain.
