Joey and Mai where dueling with each other, having recently met up. It had been so long since their last one that they wanted to see what the other could do. The were currently in a stalemate, tied with equal life points and no cards on the field.
It was Joeys turn he drew his next card, and it was a new, strange card that he didn't remeber having ever been in his deck. "Huh? This is weird." he said.
"What is?" Mai asked.
"This card I just drew. Its blank! Nothing on it!" he said. "I mean, its green, so I guess that means its a spell card, but theres no name or picure." he explained.
"Are you trying to make up excuses just in case you lose?" she asked.
"What? Of course not." he said as he turned the card around to show her. Just then, there was suddenly a bright flash.
