Sakura decided Naruto's first year would be sheer pain.
She pulled Naruto out of the closet and kept him tied but changed his position slightly so his legs were spread open. She looked at Sasuke, "Ready?" Sasuke nodded and activated his Sharingan.
Sakura wasted not time in delivering a chakra infused punch to Naruto's open testicles. Naruto screamed in his gag, the pain was the worst physical pain he had ever experienced. Sakura laughed and punched them again. Naruto's shrieks escaped the confines of his gag, his voice going into the highest possible human octive. Sakura squeezed on testicle while she punched the other one. Naruto felt bile rise in his throat but due to the dirty socks in his mouth the vomit had now here to go but back down. The burning pain in his throat was nothing in comparison to the pounding she was pouring out on in his testicles.
Sakura dug her nails into the balls sacs drawing blood and another howl from Naruto. "You worthless baka! This is all your fault, while you suffer this for an entire year think about how much you DESERVE this!" Naruto could barely hear Sakura's words such was his pain. Sakura watched in satisfaction as the testicles swelled up from the blows. She punched again and again causing more and more damage. While tempted to just pulp them she didn't want them completely destroyed yet. Naruto would have a long time to suffer and testicle pain was probably one of the most atrocious kinds of pain she could dish out.
Naruto's throat was raw from a mixture of bile and screaming when the five minutes finally came to an end. Sakura was flushed and horny again when she was done. "All right lover... do it. Send him to hell for a year." Sasuke grinned and activated his advanced sharingan powers. Sasuke didn't bother speaking to Naruto in the sharingan world he just pulled the memory of the savage beating and allowed it to begin. Naruto appeared gagged and helpless like he was in the real world and a fake Sakura began her punishment. Naruto screamed in agony as the first five minutes played. To his growing horror it looped and the next five minutes was exactly the same as the previous one.
In the real world Sakura watched Naruto's trembling body and laughed. "No one in the history of the world is going to suffer like Naruto is going to! Kakashi-sensei was comatose after just a few seconds. Good thing he has the kyubi chakra to keep him healed and suffering." Sakura was so horny she mounted Sasuke again and they had a bout of passionate sex. Sakura was very pleased her punishment and Sasuke was pleased such a talented and hot woman would help him rebuild his clan.
