"Well in that case I suppose I could be convinced, but Naruto would have to agree to help me with a new kunoichi compliance tool."

Sakura asked, "Oh? And what sort of tool is that?"
Ino's smile was more than a little creepy in Naruto's eyes.
"A specialized chastity cage. Chastity cages are often used as part of a sex game where a dominant woman uses it on her submissive lover to prevent erections. As shinobi it is fairly easy to get out of one with access to chakra that would destroy most metals pretty simply. To say nothing of other escape jutsu."
Naruto felt a little bit better about it now, this wouldn't be so bad.

The new chastity device has a ton of seals on it that lock onto to the victim's dick and fuse it to the internal chakra network. That means typical escape jutsu, even teleportation, accomplishes nothing. I believe even Naruto's unique transformation jutsu will prevent it from leaving, instead it would transform with him and lock his libido in whatever new form it takes."
Sakura looked thoughtful. "So it would create a chastity belt when he transforms into me?"
"Exactly! And what's more is while no lock is truly unbreakable there are a number of fun security additions to the device. It's strength is chakra hardened and since it is tied to the wearer's chakra network any damage will just pull chakra in and repair itself."
Now Naruto was extremely nervous. This device seemed way too secure and he did not like the look in Ino's eyes.
"S-sakura I... I don't think I want to wear something like that."
Sakura pouted. "Naruto, my friend, no our friend, is going to take so much time out of her day to help you be the perfect foot slave for Shizune and Tsunade so you don't have to literally eat Shizune's shit. Surely you can do this little favor for her. It isn't going to be permanent, it is just an experiment."
Naruto looked sheepishly at her. He didn't even want to lick Ino's foot in the first place! This was a familiar problem concerning Sakura, he found it incredibly hard to say no to her. Made all the more difficult because she was actually trying to help him and save him from being used as a toilet! He chewed on his lip and tried to think of what to say to not have to wear it but still not disappoint Sakura.
"Uhhh I'm grateful, I really am. But I don't want to be a test dummy, what else can I do for you Ino? I can help at your flower shop or..."
Ino cut him off.
"Don't be such a fucking baby Naruto. It isn't going to hurt you, it just means you can't rub one out when you are horny. I know teenagers masturbate all the damn time but you are in your 20s now. Can't you have a little self control. Now just fucking agree to this already."
