Sakura scowled at him and let him have a max voltage dose. She watched as Naruto's back arched in pain his hand went to the collar and the security system sent even more volts through his body. Chakra coated Naruto and he broke the collar and threw it against the wall. Sakura backed up in shock. She hadn't expected that but she should have. A pet store collar, even a very expensive one with security seals, wouldn't be able to contain a powerful shinobi like Naruto. Otherwise captives would be incredibly easy to control.
"You have two seconds to explain yourself before I leave Sakura." Naruto growled.
