Yeah. After a couple minutes of trying to move it around, he surmised this was going to be the most awkward meeting in his life. Time to just get through with it.
"Oww. Oww. Oww. Oww", proclaimed Naruto as he walked towards the Tower.
This was going to be a long walk.

Naruto's face was crimson as he finally reached the top level of the Tower. There was no delusion that the support staff hadn't seen it, if all the gasps, blushes, and jealous mutterings were any indication.
Hobbling up to Baa-chan's door, he knocked on it, hoping she didn't answer.
"Enter"

He resigned himself to his fate and opened it.
On the other side were a surprised Tsunade and Shizune.
"I never thought I'd actually see the day you knocked on my door instead of barging......", Tsunades comment trailed off as both women spied a blushing Naruto's struggles.
"Is there something you want to tell me, Gaki? Like why you have a massive hardon in your pants?", Tsunade aked with a glint in her eye while Shizune just stared at it, a line of drool running from the side of her closed mouth.
Oh boy, that didn't take long at all. Should he tell her the truth?
