It was only a few moments later that Naruto felt his pants tighten, much to Sakura's awe and delight.
"Hah, it works! And boy did it ever work!", Sakura proclaimed as she licked her lips from watching the snake that pushed it's way down Naruto's pant leg.
"W-what the hell Sakura-chan?! It was an erection pill?!", Naruto cried out in disbelief as his dick tried getting to full mast in his pants.
Sakura huffed as she put her hands on her hips, " No! It does more than that. It makes sperm production go into overdrive, so, you're going to have the worst case of blue balls in history in a few hours", she added with a smirk.
"No way! I was just about to go to see Baa-chan! Now I have to go back to my apartment and get rid of this!", Naruto complained as he tried adjusting his pants, only to find Sakura had approached him and wrapped her hand around his cloth encased member. He looked up to see her face very close to his, with a seductive smile on it.
"Oh? Do you really want to do that? Or do you want to come to my apartment after I'm done with work and let me do it for you? All you have to do is wait for a few hours and I'll reward you like a good little pet"
His mind was abuzz after hearing the first part, thinking about how Sakura would take care of it, causing his pants to tighten painfully more.
