A year later

Gwen was rubbing her massive belly, she loved being pregnant and she wanted to stay so. Even thought she could barely move she loved it.
But her mother was constantly reminding her that she should give birth
"Honey you should give birth"
"No mom I don't want to"
"But honey your belly is huge"
"I love having a huge belly"
"Do you want to see your kids"
"Maybe, but I rather have them in my belly"
Gwen was constantly afraid she would give birth and loose her belly so she casted spell that made her permanently pregnant and prevented her from giving birth unless she knew the birth spell which she didn't but that didn't bothered her.
