Lady Stink is in her mid twenties. Her feet have the power to knock someone out from their smell. It can also be used to horribly torment and eventually break the will of even the most courageous hero. She's five foot 4 slim and slender.

Choice 2 - Ninja Girl

Ninja girl doesn't have any special powers but she is an extremely competent martial artist. She's 19, Asian and just under five feet. Her size makes people underestimate her. She's ruthless and loves to torment her opponents once she has them helpless.
