Thinking about the consequences of running away, you quickly realize that the creature would just catch up to you. For some reason, this thing was much faster than you and was capable of preserving a substantial amount of energy, probably due to the fact that it has eaten a large number of ill-fated pokemon with its gravid weight to bolt this fast. Their entire digested bodies are likely the reason that this Pinsir resided so much power, having its muscles expand and nourished with its prey's energy while having such an cannibalistic personality kept its blood pumping with adrenaline. The rainstorm and tree obstacles didn't aid you in any way either. Waves of scattering droplets struck down on you, seemingly to beat you down lightly to startle your sight. Scattered wilderness and debris littered the muddy puddles, forcing you to struggle every so often with a fallen tree or large tears of land; even hidden roots attempted to trip you. The large oak tree neared, and the slimy snarls of the infected creature behind you grew louder. You tried hiding from the monster and that trick failed miserably, and you wouldn't have the time to climb a tree unless you wanted to fall back down into its drooling mouth. You trembled at the image of the Pinsir roaming the forest with a fat shelled belly, knowing well aware that you would be squirming inside to digest into its built form. As risky as it sounded, you had to fight the Pinsir if you wished to survive.
Digging your hindpaws into the wet ground, you manage to brake yourself along the slick terrain to turn and face your enemy, although, the Pinsir was already prepared for an attack.
Its head had already been pointed forward with claws gaping open until it rams into you, tackling your body forward into the tree you had previously been running toward. You howl in pain as the claws grip around your waist with your arms pinned in their grasp as you crash into the tree. Your back remained stuck to the tree, as the impact of the tackle slams the backside your head and spine into the wooden trunk. The pain stung sharply, stunning your vision and awareness into mere fuzzy pictures that faded in and out of your sight.
Dazed, you were easily vulnerable to the Pinsir as it releases the head claws, causing you to fall against your rump in front of the successful beast. You groan from the pulsing headache that it gave you as the Pinsir stands above you, letting the drool strings from its mouth to drip onto you. The Pinsir peered down at the stunned prey it towered above, eyeing your male body up and down to embrace of where to start its meal.
