Option 1: Logic. You can say 'Blonds are know for being dumb and you're blond so your dumb' and Yang will become less intelligent. It has to have some basis in logic though, you can't say 'You have blue eyes so you want to blow me' there has to be a correlation. Think like a conspiracy theorist.
Option 2: Magic Key. You have a key to people's heart. Literally, you have a key that lets you open girls up to your orders. They will except whatever ANYONE tells them while they are 'unlocked' so be careful.
Option 3: Harem trope labels. You get a bunch of stickers with all the different 'dere' types there are in anime. When applied to a girl she becomes that 'dere' and is completely in love with you. Let's be honest, we all want to see tsundere Weiss and a few of us want to see Yandere Ruby.
Option 4: You ever see Ella Enchanted? This is kinda the reverse of that where everyone has to do what you tell them. Same rules Ella had in that movie but they can't break out because that's not what we want to see.
