As guilty as you feel about doing this to an unsuspecting pony, you'd rather not keep Trixie waiting, not to mention that it's probably not the best idea to be around Twilight if and when she regains control of her bowels. Besides, she can sort herself out. Leaving the mare to her overflowing diapers, you dart out of the door and hurry back to Trixie's caravan.
Trotting up the steps of the wagon, you knock on the door. "Who is it?" Trixie calls theatrically. You roll your eyes.
"Me."
"Oh? Do you have something for me?"
She's getting more annoying by the minute. "Yes, I've got your photos."
"Well that's wonderful darling, but I couldn't possibly just take them. Is there anything you would like in return?"
Oh, this is just evil. "A change." You mumble.
"A change of what?"
You sigh and screw your eyes shut in an attempt to distance yourself from what she's forcing you to do. "My- diapers." You say reluctantly.
"Diapers? What in Equestria would a grown mare like yourself need diapers changed for?"
She's killing you softly with her voice. "Because I messed in them." You practically whisper.
"A little louder?"
"I want my diapers changed because I messed in them!" You shout in anger and irritation, before blushing profusely. Yeesh, the entire town must have heard that... Today just gets better and better. You think sarcastically.
"You'd better come in then." Trixie finally says, and you enter as she opens the door with her magic.
"Now. Give me the photos." She says, but you shake your head.
"Change me first." You're getting more and more desperate for your diapers to be changed now. The disgusting mixture around your flanks is cold and uncomfortable, and you can feel a rash coming on. Trixie narrows her eyes and you get an all-too-familiar feel around your small intestine. "Ah, ah! Okay, okay!" You quickly whip the photos out of your saddlebags and throw them onto a table, where they're immediately picked up by Trixie to examine. You settle upon glaring at her while she almost drools over the photos. After a minute or so, she turns her attention back to you.
"Well, you held up your end of the bargain, I suppose..."
