Trixie gives a weak smile, still caught in the pleasure of her orgasm. As you look at her pleadingly, she nods approvingly.

"Good filly." She sits up and reaches to tousle your mane affectionately. "Shush a good little filly."

You try to indicate your discomfort non-verbally, still afraid talking will anger her.

"Oh!" She blushes. "Shorry, baby. Mommy forgot all about yer little accshident. Up on the bed, shweetie!"

Though you find her maternal actions and speech a bit odd, you do as you're told- that diaper is getting really uncomfortable. As you lay on your back, you hear Trixie rummaging around. She returns with a fresh garment, a diaper pail, wipes, powder and a (slightly large) baby bottle.

She takes a deep breath and opens your diaper up swiftly, stopping only to note that your accident may not be so little after all. She then wipes you clean of your mess, and while this takes her a while ("Shuch a shtinker, yesh you are!") you find it to be a strangely enjoyable process. She then tosses the used diaper into the pail, sprinkles a lavish amount of powder on your bottom (and gives it a little pat) and puts the fresh diaper on you. "There, there. Now you're all nishe and warm, baby." She leans in and gives you a light peck on your cheek. You notice she didn't exhale- whether this was unintentional or she genuinely cared for your sense of smell you do not know.

"Mommy'sh going to take a nap now, and you should too." She magically lifts the bottle and brings it to your mouth. You let the nipple slip into your mouth and then hold the rest of it with your hooves. You give it a tentative suckle, and find the liquid to be milk- pleasantly warm, at that. You continue suckling as Trixie leaves your side, and gradually fall asleep...
