Twist clenches for as long as she can, holding back the growing, painful supply of digested food in her colon. Her hind legs twist and flex in her best attempt to prolong the inevtiable. The immense pressure of it all is too much for her, though, and she soon feels the contents of her overstuffed anus begin to squish out from her behind. The pain subsides as she finally lets go and allows her anal muscles to do what they were designed to. The blissful feeling of release completely overshadows her earlier guilt, at least for now. She even lets outs sigh of relief and a low moan, as she shivers and allows her bladder to release as well.
Diamond Tiara feels Twist shudder, and her anus open up before her, and thanks to your stitches, she also feels her own lips open, against her will, to receive the vile gifts about to be poured into her mouth. There is a disgusting gust of foul tasting air that gushes down her throat, and Diamond Tiara has no choice but to gulp it down. Twist had just farted, and she had to swallow it. This is literally the worst day of Diamond's life, and it can only get worse. She gags and nearly vomits as Twist begins to unload her fecal slop into Diamond's poor mouth. The wet, semi-soft goo begins to flow directly out of Twist's intestines straight into Diamond Tiara's belly. She can't stop the flow now, and can only gulp down the slightly nutty manure to avoid choking to death on it, occasionally running into clumps she needs to chew to swallow. Diamond's forehooves suddenly feel warm, and the sound of urine sprinkling on the stone floor tips her off, Twist is now peeing uncontrollably.
She must have eaten at least a pound of Twist's piping hot shit before she finally seems to have voided her bowels completely. She tops off the meal with another ripe fart that Diamond sucks down without question. The disgusting scat still coating her teeth, Diamond collapses, humiliated and sickened to her very core. She's so busy crying that she doesn't even care that she is now laying in a puddle of Twist's still-warm urine.
You, meanwhile, have decided to relax and take in your work. Leaning back against the wall, you've had your hoof on your supple little candyvag, clopping from the moment Twist started to piss herself. Soon it will be Silver Spoon's turn to eat. And then you'll get to start the wondrous cycle over again
