As the final bell rang, Tom strolled through the deserted halls of Westfield High, his sneakers squeaking against the polished floor. He just loved how he was able to grow the muscles of all his friends just by using the wand of muscle growth, which he kept in his pocket or in his bookbag. The wand would give anyone the same look and feeling as if he or she had spent three or more years working out vigorously in the gym, every single day. The wand could make their muscles inflate to the point where any skinny, short or weak student could be transformed into a massive, hulking Olympian within minutes!
He peeked into Room 102, where the Science Club's banner hung lopsidedly above the chalkboard. Inside, two students were packing up beakers and test tubes.
“Hey, guys! I thought you guys had just started the Science Club meeting?” Tom asked Oliver and Sean, the two nerdy boys who were sitting at the table in the empty classroom. Both boys were juniors, and they were science nerds, spending their free time working through chemistry and physics problems while studying and demonstrating all the laws of Newton as their favorite pastime.
"I've got to go," sighed Oliver, who was a skinny boy with glasses thicker than the biology textbook. "Jake, the quarterback, needs his essay by tomorrow. He threatened to beat me up if I didn’t write it for him since he has football practice. So, now I gotta do my homework… and HIS. This is SO unfair!"
Oliver was slightly shorter than Tom, with skinny legs and arms like toothpicks and no muscle at all. Jake was big and strong. Jake was strong enough to do a lot of damage if he really wanted to. So, this bothered Tom tremendously seeing how this poor, sweet, and defenseless nerdy kid was forced to do the homework of a big, overgrown bully, just because Jake was a bit bigger and stronger than him. This made Tom feel sad and angry at the same time!
Tom's brow furrowed at the mention of Jake, the notorious bully. As the boy slung his backpack over his shoulder, Tom called out, "Hey, wait! Oliver! WAIT!"
Oliver turned, and Tom, with a flourish, pulled out a slender wand from his jacket. "You deserve better," he declared, and with a flick of his wrist, a radiant beam enveloped the boy. “Someone needs to stand up to Jake, the bully!”
In seconds, the transformation was astounding. The boy's muscles expanded with a symphony of pops and stretches. His calves swelled, his quads thickened, and his pecs surged forward like airbags in slow motion.
“Uhhhhh…” Oliver moaned softly as he felt his muscles expand, which led to a significant increase in strength and power throughout his entire body! Not only that, the bigger, thicker legs began to stretch out as well, making the nerd suddenly grow a few inches taller as well!
“Come on! Bigger!” Tom shouted, since he felt so angry while he thought about how this poor kid was being taken advantage of. “Get bigger, Ollie! BIGGER!”
Oliver’s arms rippled with newfound power, and his shoulders broadened, tearing the seams of his Science Club T-shirt.
“RRRRRRHHAAAAAAAAHH!” Oliver roared as his shoulders and pecs burst out of his t-shirt!
Oliver had literally exploded out of his clothes. The nerd completely Hulked out, with his t-shirt torn down the middle and his sleeves ripped off. Oliver’s arms were so thick and muscular that he now needed to wear a tank top! In addition, Oliver’s legs completely tore his shorts apart and his calves were bigger than cantaloupes!
“AAAAHHWHHHOOOOOO!” Oliver howled, as he beat his fists on his massive pectorals. Oliver was now over 6 feet tall, with massive shoulders, arms as thick as pythons covered in veins, and long, wide legs which were as big as solid tree trunks! “YEAH, BABY!”
Standing there, the former nerd looked like he could bench press a library. Oliver could only raise up his arms and flex, showing off the largest biceps any student has ever seen in the history of this high school! Oliver was a muscle monster, even though he still had the same, friendly, nerdy face as before. His body had just completely transformed into that of a bodybuilder.
With a confident smirk, he said, "I think Jake can write his own essay," and strutted out the door, leaving a trail of awe and a slightly cracked floor tile behind him. “I gotta find some bigger clothes!”
“WOW!” Sean exclaimed, as he stared at Tom in amazement. “Nobody’s messing with Ollie anymore!”
Tom chuckled, twirling the wand. "Who knew science could be so... uplifting?" he mused, already scanning the halls for his next act of magical muscle justice. Of course, he didn’t want to leave Sean behind, all alone. Would Tom help Sean first, or find another victim?
