You shake your head, ignoring Alex. You thought he looked different, but you must've still been feeling groggy or something, because he's the same annoying pest you know him to be, and not changed at all.
"There, we're at the snack bar." you say to him, going to get in line. You get no reply, because Alex has already walked off to get into the line.
Even so, you can't help but feel like something is off here, something ISN'T right. You really just hope it would be something big, huge and obvious, but there's nothing, which only sends another chill down your spine.
People push by you, making you get out of their way, so you step off to the side, trying to relax and clear your head.
