The echidna decided he wanted to use the bathroom first before making a search for others and who knows, there could be others in there. Once inside he noticed a strange mirror he could help but walk over to, what he didn't know was that it was giving off hypnotic rays as well as transforming his body to match the signals. The process kept going on until minutes later a Knuckles in a Rouge uniform came out.
