As you walk out into the open to get a better look, you survey the crowd of big, hungry looking furs. Most of them are pretty big guys, in various stages of putting on weight. The smallest of them is still probably about 300 pounds, and next to any of them, you look downright tiny. The building that they're marching in front of looks big and important, and it holds most of their attention... Perhaps the Mayor's office? With your keen vision, you can see a shadow pacing behind a drawn curtain.
You figure that feeders must be in high demand in a city like this... With everyone getting so big, if there's someone smaller and more mobile willing to cater to a big guy, they'd be snatched up in an instant... You think to yourself about that for a moment... Even though you get the feeling that it wasn't how things were where you came from, you feel like you've always had a strange drawing to flabbier guys. Hmm... Right now I'm pretty small, but that's no reason not to put on some weight like these locals... And maybe help one of them get bigger too.
Looking at the back of the crowd to see what you couldn't see earlier, you spot an otter holding a sign that looks comically large when compared to his short stature that says "Will eat for food." Though he's a short guy, overeating has clearly already had a profound effect on his body, which you see wobble slightly with every step he takes.
That's when you get the feeling that you're being watched. You look closer and you see another fur, further away, in a corner of the protest, and you realize he's looking back at you. A tubby-looking, black furred brown-eyed German Shepherd, about your age. As he sees you look back and your eyes meet for a moment, he turns his gaze away from you, seemingly startled to have caught your eye...
