She simply crushes her on the spot and returns ...

Maria laughed uncontrollably. This little girl, maybe 4 feet tall, was threatening a goddess like herself? Maria couldn't contain her laughter. To her credit, Sonia stood her ground against the monstrous woman ripping apart the city. Maria wiped away tears of laughter, and peering down at the girl said, "You? Stop me? That's hilarious!" Sonia became unnerved by Maria's wicked laughter. Before she could try to respond, Maria lifted a giant foot in the air and hovered it over Sonia.

Brave little Sonia was helpless. Maria, still chuckling, called down, "As funny as you are, little girl, I'm going to keep this rampage going. And NOBODY can stop me. And unfortunately for you, I plan to make an example out of anyone who dares to speak out against me or tries to bring me down. Goodbye little bug!" And with one final smash, her foot came down and turned Sonia into a tiny stain on the road.
