You hear water rushing through pipes and a splashing sound coming from somewhere down the hall. After you have passed a few doors you are facing a door behind which the source of the noise is located. It had to be little Maria taking a shower. Some little devil inside you tells you to sneak a peek. Carefully you press the handle of the door and lean towards it, but the door is locked. The girl was clever or just lucky. While you consider what prank you could play else you see a metal cover attached to the wall a couple of steps away. When the cover is removed you can see that it protects the main electricity fuse board of the floor. With an evil grin you toggle the "Bathroom 2" fuse to "off". Within the second you hear an ear splitting screen from the bathroom, followed by some mad fumbling noise. Finally the noise of the shower ceased. You must have hit home. The shower got its hot water from an electric water heating device in the same room. When the power was cut there was no more hot water coming through the pipe.
Inside little Maria was trembling with shock and shivering. What had started as a nice hot shower and a good cleaning, and admittedly a little self-massage, had suddenly turned into a cold waterfall. To make things worse, this bathroom, which was comfortably close to Maria's room, had been converted from a storage room which did not have any natural lighting. Without the electric power the room and the shower stall with the now ice downpour were pitch black. Maria had frantically pushed and showed all levers until she had found the one to stop the flow of water. Now she was standing in the stall, nude, dripping and partially covered in goosebumps, touching the place where she had thought she had left her towel. Without seeing anything she fixed it around her wet body. Then she wanted to leave this dark place. She cursed when she hit some equipment of the bathroom with her toes and arms, she finally arrived at the door and unlocked it.
