Belly-Belly Isle
A small island about 400 miles southeast of Hawaii.
A matriarchal society that delights in helping young girls fatten up, whether they be outsiders or natives. All girls become overweight by the age of 6.
The island is somewhat Amazonian: only females may visit or live there, but may leave if they wish. Men cannot live there, but will not be harmed if they appear, only escorted to leave. Potential mothers often live abroad to have children and will raise their daughters on the island, with males living elsewhere.

Red Coast
Portion of the coast of the Red Sea in Egypt set aside for a new nation.
Ruled by a queen that is fattened by a group of girls who cater to her and treated as a goddess by her people: the culture is similar to Ancient Egypt in this regard.
Few visitors make their way to this country, but the economy is fairly strong.
