Keeps playing the game a bit longer

As Andrew went back to his game, Alice paused for a brief moment to spy on her brother. She knew what was going on with her brother. It had all been a part of her plan to give him his real gift. She had a feeling there was more than he let on when she caught him with her clothing a number of times. He didn't do anything dirty with them. If fact, he would hold them up as if he was curious how they would look ON him. Since those times, she had kept a close eye on her brother to confirm her theory. After all it could have just been boy hormones causing dumb ideas. However over the years she had grown certain. Her brother actually wanted to be her sister, but was too afraid to tell anyone. This just further confirmed her theory. After all, why wear the training bra if he wasn't at least curious in some way.
She didn't want to out him of course, that would be cruel. So after making some friends in the supernatural community, this was her magnum opus. As her brother progressed in the game, the more he could customize the lead character. The more he changed her, the more he would change to fit the idea image he was trying to make. If she was wrong, all she had to do was finish the game for him and press the option to undo the changes, making her brother forget all about it. If she was right however... well, Alice's intuition told her she would have a younger sister some time in the near future.
Alice had requested a few... additional perks to the game to help her sibling. Her friends insisted on making them "side quests" so that Andrew wouldn't just speed through the game and accidentally finalize the changes without realizing what was going on. Alice was really curious as to what else her friends has magically stored into the game, but only time would tell. With that, Alice went to bed for the night.
Meanwhile Andrew continued to play for a couple more hours. He noticed that after hitting level 10, the leveling pace had slowed down drastically. Once he hit level 11, the game popped up a confirmation window stating the skills beyond this point could not be changed, only leveled up. The next skill would be available at level 15. "I guess they slow it down after ten since I got all my basic skill choices done." Andrew opened the skill menu to double check his choices...
