"Get in, I'll tell you," Jim winked and slipped into his truck.
Tim walked around the black truck and got into the passenger side and felt the truck sink under their combined weight.
"So, what is it?" Tim asked curious of what his boy friend had in mind to cheer him up after another failure of a diet.
"Barry is coming to town, tomorrow," Jim simply stated.
Tim's blood ran cold as his heart skipped a beat. There is only one Barry Jim knows and he tends to go by the name Beary. Much like his name suggests, Barry, the bear, is a big thick hairy guy from the big city.
"B-b-barry?!" Tim managed to say feeling a sweat wash over him.
"Yep, Barry," Jim nodded holding the steering wheel.
"Why?" Tim asked, trying to find reason.
"He's in to inspect one of the gyms, and I asked him if he could come take you under his wing," Jim said looking at Tim, then his belly," He agreed."
"What is he going to do Jim?" Tim asked shaken at the idea of Barry in his leather outfit with whip chasing after him.
"Not sure, I'm sure we'll find out soon enough," Jim smiled," Oh.. and don't run away. He can find people easy."
"Ok, I won't.." Tim agrees.
Tim can't stop thinking Barry and it occupies his mind for the rest of the day, even keeps him up late at night. Tim learns from Jim that they'll meet Barry at the park at 11 am the next day and to arrive ready for a work out.
Both Tim and Jim arrive at the park together and sit at the park bench close to the empty playground and it doesn't take long before a big black jeep pulls up and a big hairy guy in some green army shorts and a wife beater shows up. His wide shoulders are covered by black hair matching his shaved head and thick goatee. His wife beater does a horrible job at hiding his big thick tank of a beer gut. As he walks closer Tim can sense pride in Barry's stride, the way his way almost emphasize his belly is almost inspiring.
"So this is Tim..?" asks Barry from behind some aviator shades.
