Hair is super useful in magical applications!

[After some work with scissors & a straight razor, the Scout had finished giving you a haircut.
He tied your hair back & cut it down in size, followed by shaving the sides of your head so that you had a mohawk]

AD: Out of curiosity, how old did you all think I am?
EG: 10.

I stopped aging when I was 13...
HZ: Is that normal for Dwellers?

We usually slow down our aging in our 20's or 30's...
But...
LA: Why did you stop aging?
AD: Juvenile depression...
As for why I got depression when I was 13, well...
