Karen decides to take another pill ...

The TV show was 'America's biggest Loser.' The contestants all weighed more than thirty stone. Karen was horrified. My God, I don't want to end up like THAT she thought. They're horrendous. The pill box said, to be taken in moderation, but what the hell? Two was moderate by anyone's standards. She popped a second pill from it's plastic cocoon and swallowed it with a good glug of her favourite Cabernet Sauvignon. It was only after she finished the bottle that she noticed the warning in bold capital letters, NOT TO BE TAKEN WITH ALCOHOL. Still it was only a little bottle of wine and one teensy weeny extra pill was not going to make any difference was it? She lay on the sofa and drifted off to sleep.
